  • Freshman Threshold

    Friday, May 10

    This event is for our current 8th graders who will be moving up to high school in the fall. That night, we will talk about the transition from middle school to high school and how to enjoy the season they are in. We will also make their freshman videos, which is a time capsule of who they were before moving up into high school.

    On Friday, May 10, students will meet at Nelson's house at 5pm (6259 Cedar Springs Lane, Hoschton, GA 30548). From there we will head out for a fun evening outing which will include dinner. After the outing, we will return back to our house to talk about the transition from middle school to high school, make their freshman videos, and have dessert. We will wrap up at 10pm for students to be picked back up at our house. The cost of the night is $25. Students will need to sign up by Wednesday, May 8. To sign up follow the link below:

  • Women's Ministry Community Collection

    Monday, May 13, 6:30 - 7:30 PM

    Join together and make multiple goody baskets from the collected donations and then pray over those. We will also lift up specific requests from families in our church that have someone currently serving in these fields.

  • Good News at Noon

    Tuesday, May 14, 5:30 PM

    Good News at Noon is a transitional shelter in Gainesville that serves meals 365 days a year. Celebration Church has partnered with Good News at Noon for more than 25 years. We currently provide dinner on the second Tuesday and third Monday of each month.

    You can help in one of two ways:

    1. Going to serve the meal that evening. We will leave the church at 5:40 PM (please arrive by 5:30) and return around 7:30 PM

    2. Provide a homemade dessert. Drop off at the church during the day on Monday.

  • FaithBridge Encounter

    Sunday, May 19, 9:00 AM

    Individuals and couples who are interested in learning more about becoming a foster, respite, or adoptive parent, or a volunteer, are invited to attend Encounter. These two-hour sessions will introduce you to the foster care crisis, the need for foster and adoptive homes, the unique Community of Care model and more.

  • Start the Party VBS

    START THE PARTY VBS will run from June 3rd-June 7th, 9am-12:30pm each day. It's open to kids entering a kindergarten program this fall through rising 6th grade.

    We know that Jesus is the BEST reason to throw a party and we're excited to celebrate the good news of the gospel this summer. We can't wait to get the party started!
